Go to Control Panel => Hardware and Sound => Power Options (Click Windows button and type Power Options for quick navigation.)
Select the plan you need to modify. Ex. Balanced or Power Saver
Click on Change Plan Setting for that plan.
Then click Change Advanced Power Settings and a new window will open.
There, Scroll down to Wireless Adapter Settings and expand it, and then expand Power Saving Mode.
Select Maximum Performance for both Battery and Plugged in settings.
Now, Go to Control Panel => Network and Internet => Network and Sharing Center
Click on your network connection, the blue label. Ex. Wi-Fi 2 on the image above. It will open a WiFi status box. Select Properties, Then in the new window, Select Configure and Go to Power Management tab on the new window.
There, Uncheck the box “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” and click OK.
Now, Restart your computer for changes to take effect and see if your WiFi issue has resolved.
